Melissa Apartment is arranged over two floors and extends to approximately 1200 square feet of accommodation. All the rooms have air conditioning units..

The entry level living room is a large spacious room with a balcony overlooking one of the pools and Kalkan Bay. The luxuriously appointed kitchen area comes complete with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, glasses - in fact all the kitchen items you will need. Wifi broadband access to the internet is also available.

There is also a shower room and two bedrooms on this floor both with twin beds, custom built wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside cabinets. All bedrooms have hair dryers, so there is no need to pack your own. Upstairs, the penthouse bedroom is a true master suite with its own shower room. There are custom built wardrobes, a dressing table, bedside cabinets and a king size bed. Accessed from the master suite is a large wrap-around roof terrace with a table and chairs for six, a built-in seating area and a large brick built BBQ. The terrace is perfect for private sun bathing so we have also provided an umbrella, and two sun beds.

The outside areas have two pools including a children's pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The grounds are beautifully maintained with a wide variety of sample shrubs.
