Reservations can be made by email or telephone and the apartment will be held free of charge for seven days whilst your travel arrangements are made. We will confirm your booking by email or fax. Please check that the dates of arrival and departure are correct.
Costs of flights and transfers are not included in the price of Melissa Apartment.
A non-returnable deposit of £250 must be received within seven days, this can be by bank transfer or cheque. If the deposit is not received within this time we cannot guarantee holding the apartment for you.
The balance is to be paid eight weeks prior to departure. Again, we can take a cheque or transfer. If the balance is not received we reserve the right to offer the dates to other interested parties.
The full payment will be required.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, we are unable to make any refunds. It is therefore advisable to obtain holiday insurance to cover any loss.
Should through circumstances beyond our control ( earthquake, fire etc.) the apartment not be available to you, a full refund will be made.
A deposit of £250 will be required to cover any breakages or damage caused by you whilst using the apartment. This will be returned to you within 14 days of you return.
Accidents do happen and if you break or damage something please notify our representative at Emir Apartments in order that replacement can be made prior to our next guests arriving.
Melissa Apartment inside is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the roof terrace. Confirmation from our representative that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
One set of keys will be given to each party. Should the key be lost or not returned at time of departure, the cost of replacements will be charged against your deposit.
The apartment will be available from 2pm on the date of your arrival. There is a resident English speaking receptionist who will show you to the apartment.
On the day of your departure, you will be required to have checked out of the apartment by 12.00 mid-day. Luggage can be left in the reception area.
The apartment and its location are perfect for families and children. Not really suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Fresh bed linen, towels and maid service cleaning will be provided twice a week. This includes emptying of bins. May we point out that that tissues, cotton wool and any sanitary items cannot be flushed down the toilets. All such and similar items must be placed in the bins provided.
